Ash Wednesday Service

Ash Wednesday marks the start of the important journey of preparation as we head towards Holy Week and the passion of Christ. During this season of Lent we are encouraged to pray, fast and reflect on our relationship with God. Part of the reflections must be about how we have fallen short of becoming fully human and what barriers lie between us and our heavenly Father. Ash Wednesday is a service that sets us on the right path to repentance and acceptance.
